Sinead is a passionate massage therapist and yoga teacher dedicated to helping others feel more connected, grounded, and comfortable in their bodies. She graduated from the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Robertson College in 2020 and spent the first three years of her career offering therapeutic treatments in a chiropractic clinic. Although she loved helping people, she felt something was missing in the way she supported her clients. This led her on a spontaneous solo trip to Bali in 2023, where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training with House of Om. That experience sparked a deeper understanding of the connection between holistic healing and modern medicine which inspired her to launch her own wellness business blending bodywork, movement, and mindfulness.
Since then, Sinead has completed 60 hours of Traditional Thai Massage training with expert Francine Petit, and earned more yoga certifications with her home studio, Metta Yoga Calgary. She has a special interest in strength training, mobility, and flexibility as tools for long-term injury prevention and sustainable well-being. Her approach is intuitive, effective, and rooted in creating a supportive space for healing, awareness, and self-connection.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Sinead teaching yoga, solo-travelling, going to concerts, playing guitar, crocheting something cozy, writing, or diving into whatever new hobby has caught her eye that week.
She genuinely loves this field and is always adding new tools and skills to enhance her practice. You can stay connected with her on Instagram, where she shares openings, special offers, wellness tips, and a behind-the-scenes look at her world. Check it out below!
